PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION TEXT
KEATY Cosmetics and Beauty Industry Trade Limited Company As our (“Company”), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”). In this regard, we have prepared this information text in order to inform you about the processes regarding the processing and protection of your personal data.

1. Data Controller

Our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures regarding the processing, storage and protection of your personal data as the data controller in accordance with the KVKK.

2. Your Processed Personal Data

Your personal data processed by our company may vary within the scope of our activities;

  • Contact information (telephone number, e-mail address, address information),
  • Website visitor information (cookies, IP address, browser information),
  • Request and complaint management information.

Notes: Our company does not request sensitive personal data such as Turkish ID number.

3. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling our legal and administrative obligations,
  • Carrying out customer relations management processes,

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected directly from you, or electronically or physically. These transactions are carried out within the framework of the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data;

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Requesting information about your data if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To learn about the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of any missing or incorrect processing,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the KVKK,
