ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT
This contract is the property of the Buyer and the Seller within the framework of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. www .keatybe .com It is related to determining the sales and delivery conditions of the products/services ordered electronically through the website, the qualities and sales prices of which are specified below.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
4.1. Payment method: The Buyer agrees to pay the product/service price using one of the payment methods specified on the website.

4.2. Delivery: The product will be sent to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery time is from the date of order. 3-7 business days The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure or transportation companies.

4.3. Shipping Fee: Unless otherwise stated, the shipping cost is covered by the Buyer. If the shipping cost is covered by the Seller within the scope of the campaign, this information is notified to the Buyer at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer shall, from the date of receipt of the contractual product, He/she can exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unopened, unused and in good hygienic condition.
  • The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be delivered to the Seller with its original packaging.

5.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products specially produced according to the consumer's requests or personal needs,
  • Products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons (e.g. cosmetic products).

ARTICLE 6: DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY
6.1. The Buyer must check the product upon delivery and immediately notify the Seller of any defective/faulty product delivery.

6.2. Defective products are returned by the Buyer. Within 7 days It must be sent to the Seller. If the defect is confirmed as a result of inspection, the product will be replaced or a refund will be made.

ARTICLE 7: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Buyer may report complaints regarding this contract to the Seller's customer services. In case of a dispute between the parties, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.

ARTICLE 8: GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and approved the provisions of this contract.
8.2. Completion of the order means acceptance of this contract.

ARTICLE 9: ENFORCEMENT
This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
